Frequently asked questions about GPT32
Understand how account verification, payment confirmation, manual earning cycles, wallet balances, transaction records, and withdrawal review work before using the platform.
Does a deposit start a cycle automatically?
No. A verified deposit first enters Available Balance. The member chooses the wallet, amount, and time to activate a cycle.
Why does principal appear as locked?
Principal selected for an active cycle moves to Locked Balance so the same funds cannot be used twice. It returns to its original wallet bucket when the cycle completes under the platform rules.
Can cycle returns be guaranteed?
No. Displayed rates, previews, or historical credits do not guarantee future returns. Members should review the risk disclosure before depositing or activating a cycle.
When is a deposit credited?
A deposit is credited only after the payment provider sends a valid signed status callback that matches the local payment record.
Which funds can be withdrawn?
Unlocked Available Balance and settled Earnings may be used for a withdrawal request. Active-cycle principal remains locked until completion or an authorized cycle action.
Are withdrawals automatic?
No. A request reserves the selected funds and remains pending while an administrator reviews the amount, network, and destination wallet.
How do password resets work?
The recovery page sends a one-time link to the account email when the account exists. Reset links expire and can only be used once.
Where can members review activity?
The dashboard and transaction history show deposits, cycle entries, earnings, admin adjustments, withdrawal reservations, and completed actions.
