Match the network and amount
Use the network and destination shown on the current request. Sending through an unsupported network or to an unrelated address can prevent confirmation.

Wait for provider confirmation
A browser message does not credit a balance. The payment provider must send a valid signed callback that matches the local deposit record.

Track status and get help
Review the deposit and transaction records for its current status. If confirmation is delayed, use authenticated Support and provide the relevant transaction reference without sharing credentials.
