Privacy notice

We process account email, display name, country, optional mobile number, security-session metadata, support messages, deposit identifiers, wallet addresses, cycle records, and withdrawal history.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, verify payments, maintain wallet and ledger records, prevent abuse, process support and withdrawal requests, and meet applicable security or legal obligations.

Necessary data may be handled by the VPS host, email provider, NOWPayments, and relevant blockchain networks. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Financial and audit records may be retained as required for security, disputes, and legal compliance. Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes; session and recovery tokens are stored as hashes and expire.

You can update profile information from your account and submit access, correction, or deletion questions through Support. Some ledger or compliance records may need to be retained even after an account closes.
