Privacy notice

We process account email, display name, country, optional mobile number, security-session metadata, support messages, deposit identifiers, wallet addresses, cycle records, and withdrawal history.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, verify payments, maintain wallet and ledger records, prevent abuse, process support and withdrawal requests, and meet applicable security or legal obligations.

Necessary data may be handled by the VPS host, email provider, NOWPayments, and relevant blockchain networks. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Financial and audit records may be retained as required for security, disputes, and legal compliance. Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes; session and recovery tokens are stored as hashes and expire.

You can permanently close your account and remove eligible personal data through account settings or the GPT32V2 account deletion page, without reinstalling the app. Confirm your identity and resolve outstanding balances, active cycles and pending payments first. Profile details, credentials, sessions, support chats/photos and device registrations are erased from the live service when deletion completes.

Historical financial and payment records needed for reconciliation, security or legal obligations may remain under an anonymized identifier. Retained records cannot be used to sign in or reactivate the deleted account. Restricted recovery backups are separate from immediate live-data erasure and follow their retention schedule.
